How we plan your journey

The first step will be a phone call, video meeting or in-person chat with you to get to know more about you and what you want from the trip. We'll cover everything from logistics, dates and timelines to what you've enjoyed (or perhaps not enjoyed) from previous trips, special interests, any dietary and medical requests and much more.

3. Deposit

To book the trip, we will issue you an invoice for the deposit. Once this is settled, we will confirm all ground arrangements and issue any flight tickets. All that is left to do now is to relax and look forward to your adventure.

2. Design

Once we have the go-ahead from you, we will start to design your holiday, using our many years of experience, first-hand knowledge and our network of specially selected suppliers. We will then ask for feedback from you and continue to refine your itinerary as needed until everything is perfect.

4. Details

Nearer the time of your trip we will provide you with the final details in an easily accessible, digital format and take care of any final questions you may have. While you are on your trip, you can rest assured that we will always be available in case of any questions or concerns.
