TANZANIA SAFARI HOLIDAYS
Bio:
Tanzania has a lot going for it; it is home to continent's tallest mountain, the great migration which sees up to 2 million wildebeest and zebra traverse the Serengeti and Ngorongoro Conservation Area, a stunning coastline, with fantastic diving, chimps swinging through jungles, whale sharks, 1000 year old Baobab trees and an established fly or drive safari circuit with excellent operators. You name it, you can probably find it in this wonderfully diverse country.
Tanzania is often mentioned in the same breath as the Ngorongoro Crater and the Serengeti National Park when talking about safaris, they are famous for a reason. They are spectacular and offer some of the best wildlife viewing on the planet. Making up key components of the well-known 'Northern Circuit' they also, in some areas, can be some of the busiest on the continent. For those searching for a remote and wild safari, with exclusive sightings, it might be harder to find on a trip to the Northern Circuit at certain times of year.
However, Tanzania has so many other fantastic National Parks that deserve a visit, talk to us about Ruaha, Nyerere and Mikumi in the South, Katavi and Mahale in the west or Pemba, Mafia and Fanjove on the coast.
